Roof Replacement

Roof Repair
Not every problem needs a full replacement. Sometimes it's a blown-off shingle, a cracked pipe boot, or deteriorated valley flashing. We diagnose the actual issue and fix that. We don't upsell you into a new roof you don't need.

Wind damage doesn't always look obvious from the ground. Lifted shingles, broken seals, exposed nail heads. You can't see any of that without getting on the roof. Our York inspector does a full 27-point inspection, free of charge.
New Roof Installation
We install new roofs on new construction, room additions, detached garages, and covered patios. Our York crews handle residential and light commercial. Standard install time is 1-3 days depending on size.
Metal Roofing
We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge standing seam in Galvalume and pre-painted steel. Concealed fastener system means nothing's exposed to weather. Panels lock together at the seam and clip to the roof deck.
Shingle Roofing
We install asphalt shingles from every major manufacturer. GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Atlas, Tamko, Malarkey, IKO. Each has different warranty tiers and price points. We walk you through the comparison without pushing one brand.
Flat Roofing
A flat roof that's ponding water is a flat roof with a problem. We install tapered insulation systems to create positive drainage to your scuppers or interior drains. No more standing water after rain.
Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in Maine. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
If your gutters overflow during rain, they're either clogged, undersized, or pitched wrong. Sometimes all three. We'll assess the issue and fix it. Might be a cleaning, might be a replacement.
Roof Inspection
Annual roof inspections catch small problems before they become expensive ones. A cracked pipe boot is a $150 fix. Ignoring it means $3,000 in ceiling and wall water damage. We recommend an inspection every 2-3 years for roofs under 10 years old, and annually after that.
Emergency Roof Repair
After we tarp and secure your roof, we document everything for insurance purposes. Photos, measurements, damage descriptions. Your adjuster gets a professional report, not a handwritten note.
Skylight Installation
A skylight installed wrong will leak. The flashing has to integrate with the shingle courses. Step flashing on the sides, headwall flashing on top, and a sill pan underneath. We use manufacturer flashing kits because they're engineered to work with the skylight frame.
